Since going remote in March 2020, we’ve maintained high levels of productivity and clear communication across the company. Employee survey data indicates that the majority of our team members enjoy working remotely and want to maintain a remote-first model going forward. “Remote-first” means that remote work is our company-wide model by default, but employees are always welcome to drop by our New York office if they want more in-person interactions with their colleagues.
