Director of Implementation

U.S - Remote

Overview: 

We are looking for a Director of Implementation to join our Customer Success team at MANTL. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional implementation experience.

As Director of Implementation, you will:

Lead, develop, and inspire a team of implementation resources to deliver outstanding and on-time MANTL implementations, exceeding customer expectations, and driving revenue activation. 

Deepen your understanding of our customers and their unique needs, building strong relationships and preemptively addressing concerns to ensure a positive experience throughout the implementation journey.

Work closely with the Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and develop streamlined processes for client onboarding and  implementation, facilitating a smooth transition and increased adoption post-launch.

  • Foster a positive organizational culture rooted in a growth mindset, where team members are empowered to excel and continuously develop their skills
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, ensuring the appropriate staffing levels and skill sets to meet client demands and project requirements
  • Mentor the implementation team on effective communication, strategic approach, project management, and career advancement
  • Ensure alignment across teams on project timelines and resolution of blockers
  • Address issues and challenges to maintain project deadlines and quality
  • Stay abreast of the evolving Product Roadmap, proactively integrating the newly developed features and procedures into our implementation methodology
  • Keep leadership informed of critical issues, action plans for resolution, and project status updates, fostering transparency and accountability
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of Salesforce projects as the central source of truth, with a focus on forecast accuracy and timely updates
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the implementation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

About You: 

  • You have atleast 5+ years leading and managing an Enterprise SAAS Implementation or Delivery team of 6+ direct reports
  • You are a strong, hands-on operational leader who is able to execute against business objectives while developing their team
  • You have an understanding of how to build processes that scale with a fast-growing organization and the drive to continuously improve
  • You are flexible, cross-functional team player with proven experience collaborating and partnering across roles and departments  
  • You thrive when dealing with ambiguity: copes effectively with change, shifts gears comfortably, can decide and act in an ever-changing environment
